    Very cosy place for moderate prices...
    (SGL – LVL 17, DBL – LVL 28 (B&B) )
    Not in the very center though but also not so far from it...

    There is a very good cafe downstairs.
    The best breakfast included in the price!

    Well, I ve seen nicer places in my life, and it wasn't very convenientely located, about 30 min. walk to centre, or else minibus, but it was in the countryside and its main pro was the price it was quite cheap.

    The balcony was alright, we could sit there in the evening and drink wine and have a look at the countryside

  • Located out of Cesis, but probably the service is more better than in many other hotels in Cesis center. New building. About 50 well apointed big, very clean rooms. I used this hotel for my birthday party, because they have good latvian steam-bath.
    Minus - there is no cafe/restaurant - will be open in summer 2006 (???). But breakfast was excelent!!!! One more minuss - just one special room for families and nothing to do for children in the hotel.

    Staff was very helpfull and allways smiling. They know all people living in the hotel by name and face. They know about events nearby and advice many activities to do in Cesis do not listed in official information sources - just ask!

    Ok... Maybe I wouldn`t call it a hotel, it is smth like ex-hostel.

    TIP Take a double better for 10Ls and preferably on the second floor as it will be then just oposit the bathroom... Yes! Forgot to mention that there is not a bath or shower in the room... You will have to share it with others...

    No facilities, no breakfast unless you have prepared them yourself, a TV in the lounge.
    Pros? Good price! :))
