Chor in Hindi means Thief. Bizarre ofcourse is an English word but sounds pretty much like bazaar. The concept behind Chor Bizarre is that no two things here are the same. No two tables are similar. No two plates are same and so on.
Food is also good.
They also have a branch in London and either of the restaurants would give you a 15% (or was it 10%) discount if you produce the bill of the other.

It was a vey nice experience, the atmosphere is good, and youŽll see many locals apart from the tourist groups that go to have dinner or lunch.
We stayed at the hotel, what I would not recommend to anybody, but the restaurant was good, the service and the food, you need to book in advance because is always full. On my first extended trip to India, in 2004, my son and I had an outstanding, non-veg tandoori meal at Chor Bizarre. It was so good I decided to stay at the Hotel Broadway and enjoy its cuisine on all three days of my 2007 Delhi stay.
I was disappointed. The food was adequate, nothing more.
The service was fine and the ambience -- if you can call it that -- is worth a visit even if the meal won't be all that good. Hors d'oeuvres at lunch and dinner -- as well as egg and other dishes at breakfast -- are set atop a 1927 Fiat roadster; a four-poster bed forms one of the tables; and a "staircase to nowhere" rises between those two quirks.
Butter Chicken was the better of the two meals I had at Chor Bizarre in 2007 (excluding the complimentary breakfasts). It didn't begin to compare with a similar dish at the Jagat Niwas Palace Hotel in Udaipur.
The tandoori sampler (non-veg) offered meats that were dry and gristly. 'Chor Bazaar' which translates as 'thieves market', and as you would perhaps expect to find at a thieves market- you have an eclectic collection of furniture and props that add to the ambience here...
The restaurant specialises in North Indian and Kashmiri cuisine... They also serve the `Wazwan' - the legendary Kashmiri ceremonial feast of 36 courses.
Also, the Chaat here is supposed to be good.
