One of the busiest places in town, right in the middle of Dong Khoi. Not just a bar, does great food, especially lunches and a good sunday morning hangover cure breakfast. The Underground is always a place for me to visit at least once when in HCMC and is a very popular expat hangout. The staff is great, the beer icy cold and the food is tasty. I love their pizza and have heard their barbecue buffet is great (maybe next time). Place gets packed on Friday and Saturday nights so if you are planning to hang out there on the weekend, get there early to get a table.

Next door to the Lucky Plaza on Dong Khoi Street you will find the Saigon Underground. This is a great place - had many Tiger Beers here. The crowd was friendly. Also looked like they did a mean steak.
