    Souvenir shops, Maltese crafts, shoes (Shoe Mark is a famous and low priced shop), jewelry (gold and silver)... couldn't miss in a place full of tourists.

    The shops are opened until late in the night, thus a wonderful day at the seaside can finish with a shopping tour in the center.

    On several spots in the streets you can find streetvendors with their trucks loaded with cool water, fresh fruit and home-meade wine.

    you can get this everywhere - often in sets with other flavours but this is the best.

    The prickly pear is the fruit of the cactus plant & the liquer is sweet, delicious & very unusual. we brought some back & only one person who tried it did not like it. Excellent gift.

    Don't try eating the fruit itself - ful of seeds & although tasty very messy & not much flesh.

    Shop around but generally not much difference from one place to another.

  • Baggies is one of my favorite shops in Bugibba as it is this small little shop that has everything so you cannot explain what type of shop it is.

    Its that type of shops that has clothes, shoes, jewellery, handbags and bags, nice smelly lip balms, candles and the things are all shiny and attractive. The things there are so curious looking that you would wish to buy nearly all the shop.

    well alot since you will buy alot !
