The restaurant is actually located in the basement of the building which gives it the pub feeling. The theme of the restaurant is the "American Old West", however, the food is very Russian in flavor. If you’re craving a Guinness Beer, this is the place to go.
I enjoyed 2 delicious meals at this restaurant. First dish was lamb shish-kabob that was similar to a meatloaf. The second dish was called "Alex Yo" which was a shreaded steak with fried potatoes. I recommend both. It is very cheap, self service, but good food. Many students. They serve borsh, blinis with smetana, fish with cheese, solianka, Chicken by Kiev style, pelmenie from Siberia, many pirashkis, georgian khachapuri, itd, etc. It is located in front of the Opera and Ballet. Very convenient if you have a ticket to watch Giselle or Sevilla barber.

This is your typical brewery style restaurant with small tables, long bar, and many televisions. There was a band playing on Friday night but the band quit early at 22:00 (10pm).
For dinner I had a beef shish-kabob with vegetables and a salad. The food was good but the beer was excellent! If you go to this restaurant, you have to enjoy a beer! Excellent modest restaurant close to the railway station. The owner (he is my good friend), Tokhtaali Ablakhatovich, is from Kashgar, Sinkiang, China, and also speaks Chinese. The food is from Central Asia, very cheap and good quality. Mante and plov are the specialities.
