 | Barcelona Along the Harbor Reviews | 1 - 10 of 36 | | Along the Maremagnum Mall at Port Vell are a number of clubs that are open quite late. Tequila and Fiesta are two that I remember. We didn't go into any but we did walk by them and they looked like fun. We were tired of all our walking and the great meal at Mandongo Restaurant.

Just off the beach, a good place to move into when the sun has died. This bar has an outside terrace where you can sit and watch the world go by, well priced and good variety of cocktails. Theres one funny room at the end of the bar with red carpets and sofas which seems to be a favorite spot for couples to make out :) The favorite bit apart from sexy dutch waiters are the phone sets which u could use to if you order your drinks from your seat - no need to bother going at the bar! Nightlife is plentiful in Barcelona, but it is a question of finding it. Although La Rambla is constantly busy, there not so many bars or clubs along the street, only restaurants. If you want a busy place that plays chart music, and sells 2 for 1 drinks, then head to the Maremagnum, at Port Vell. The bars run all the way along the port, and get very busy. If you are after more sophisticated and trendy bars, its really a question of walking around the streets if the city to find them! Unless you are in the know, or check out local flyers in shops. We found some really cool trendy bars, not too far from La Rambla (but I cant think where they were). Bars don’t really get going until midnight, but its also good to go early and grab a seat while you can. Leave a Comment Theme: Nightclub

happens every june. a weekend of the best electronic music and art which takes place in two venues, one in the city centre by day and one by the sea at night. sonar is in some ways barcelona at it's supercool best but the best thing barcelona has so much going on that even when something like sonar is on you can still move around your own barcelona blissfully unaware of its existance! www.sonar.es

Theres a good few fun bars along the front of the harbour - definitely worth a look after a nice meal in the area - drink is abit pricey but you get a more generous measure than you would in Ireland!

Eating, drinking, Dancing, Watching people. You can do everything you want there. There are DJ's doing a great job, but also some live bands. You can choose between different styles of music, or you can go where you like the dishes (french, italian etc) the most. In summer it's pretty much like on a greek island...
You just have to feel comfortable. Most of the restaurants and clubs have outside spots, so don't forget to take warmer clothes with you. Leave a Comment Theme: Other

Absolutely, definitely the Baja Beach Club Party atmosphere with equal amounts of guys and girls enjoying the view!! Only about £10 to get in.
Pretty regular- don't dress as a tramp and you'll be fine. Leave a Comment Theme: NightclubDirections: Port Olympico- the rest of the bars there are pretty good too.

The city is full of places to go, there was no problem finding places to dance, drink and generally have a great time. Though touristy, I frequented a places entitled Maremagnum on the waterfront. There are something like 13 different clubs featuring various styles of music. A sort of 'catch all' bar scene. Cross the wavy bridge on the waterfront and Maremagnum can't be missed. L'Ovella Negra has the BEST Sangria I have EVER had. Located off of La Rambla at Carrer de les Sitges 5, it's in an alleyway and was not all that easy to find -but WELL worth it.
