    Heading north from el Santuario itself and past the Restaurante Performing Arts, you will cross a main traffic street and see the local cemetary. I found the cemetary very interesting because of the elaborate ironwork gates around the plots and all of the decorations. Most graves are covered with bouquets of fake flowers and many are accompanied with statues or small trinkets for the deceased loved ones. Be prepared to get burrs in your socks if you choose to walk through the cemetary.
