 | Chitral Reviews | Tips 1 - 9 of 9 | | The Government of Pakistan Tourism Development Commission (PTDC) has built and runs about 30 hotels to help encourage tourism. They are clean safe places to stay I have been in about 6 so far. The other important point if the Government of Pakistan built them in a location it is a safe place to travel and they want you there. This one is right in the bazaar of Citral a lovely city on the Chitral valley
