They have the best tasting native chicken, especially if eaten with puso, rice wrapped in leaves. No one can compare with their specialty manok bisaya. It's the best in Cebu.

I guess this restaurnt is well known in Cebu with their food and the way worker entertain you. If you order rice one girl wearing Filipina native dress bringing this a li'l big bowl holding it like a slingbag with rice on it then scoop the rice in front of you with a cute smile. The restaurant is full outside and inside that you'll see others are waiting for someone to finish eating and go out. Korean, Chinese, American and as will Filipinos i saw it all here.

We had local food in an eatery located in the old Dunkin Donut bldg. This is located in Moalboal town proper. Ample parking space is provided. The food is very cheap that we thought it a mistake. Food is served hot. Mineral water is also provided for free. Better go early coz food is limited.
Beef steak coz just right for my taste. Theme: LocalPrice: less than US$10 » Currency ConverterComparison: least expensiveAddress: Moalboal Town ProperDirections: Located in the old Dunkin Donut Bldg in Moalboal Town.

We got to try Shangri-La Mactan's food in going to the reception to eat. It was buffet so I got a tasting of their varieties of food. Cebu Lechon was simply divine. Roasted Calf Leg was superb. Pritong Lumpia (Vegetable) was yummy. Rellenong Alimango was delicious. I did not get to taste the other dishes especially the deserts because they were all gone by the time I got there. I wish I tasted the Durian and Chocolate Mousse. Maybe next time, I can get to eat there when there is NO reception. Heehee. Found a place in the heart of Uptown district in Cebu City, El Gecko Restobar. A popular haunt of expats and locals with great international food, the cheapest beer in town, 30 peso and fantastic people. Multi screen TVs playing music DVDs and very welcoming staff!! I was new to the city and the regulars helped me with everything I wanted to know. Accommodation, places to see, etc. Big shout out to the owner, Marc, who even jumped in a cab with me and took me to a club. He stayed for a couple of beers until I met some people then went off back to work. Amazing bloke!!! Check it out!!!

Ching Palace is the place to be when you're looking for good chinese food. Price is a bit expensive. Always full of people so reservation is a must. They have ample parking space at the back. Function rooms are also available for huge parties. Food plenty to choose from their menu. Easily accessible coz there are jeepneys plying their way. Highly recommendable.

This restaurant is also very popular in Cebu City. Big wedding parties are held here every week especially on week-ends. Very big parking space at the front. Price a bit expensive but worth it. Food is really delicious & servings are big. I especially love their lunch buffet served daily. Cost only less than P300 excluding the drinks. Wide array of food including peking duck, dimsum, desserts etc. There's also a branch in Lapulapu City near the airport. You can also find it in SM & Ayala Malls. But I prefer the main branch in Archbishop Reyes Ave. Better to make reservation coz its jampack especially on week-ends. Plenty of function rooms available upon request.
Peking duck is great coz it's so juicy & yummy. The restaurant is more on grill so you'll see it all in grilled at the menu but it taste good with nice sauce plus the worker are friendly "they keep smiling" good job for the waitress huh!. And its beside only at the hotel so you dont need to drive just to get to the restaurant.
Grilled Chicken!...We're really hungry coz we haven't eat anything before we leave there in Manila then from the airport looking for a nice and not expensive hotel but the tired and hungry i felt fade after we order and looking around at the restaurant found this 'AQUARIUM' inside of that is "Chicken" and we thought its a fish!..see it for ur self!..haha Leave a Comment Theme: DinerPrice: US$11-20 » Currency ConverterComparison: about averageAddress: JO’s CHICKEN INATO Salinas Drive, Lahug BranchPhone: Tel: 234-0030 ; 234-0035Directions: Just beside of the Crowne Garden Hotel

Santiago Bay Resort Restaurant serves expensive, unsatisfactory dishes. A piece of chicken cost P80. We tried looking for another place to eat but to no avail. It's hard to find a decent eatery in Camotes Island so we just settle for the resort in-house resto. It's better if the food is pricey but delicious but this is not the case. The service is also poor & slow.
